Place an order via the website, a service page form, by phone, or on Telegram. In your first message just share: what needs cleaning, the area, your district.

Manager calls back within 5 minutes
We confirm the exact address, time, and specifics (pets, allergies, access notes). The final price is named and locked in right there.

Team assignment
2-4 cleaners with the right specialization are assigned to each booking. Regular clients get a dedicated team: the same people every time.

Confirmation the day before
12 hours before the visit we send an SMS or Telegram reminder with the foreman's name, arrival time, and team contact number.

Cleaning by checklist
We arrive on time with tools and eco-products. Work proceeds against a 30-50 point checklist depending on the service. No breaks, no stalling.

Acceptance and payment
We walk the checklist with you. Anything you flag is fixed on the spot, free. Payment only when you're satisfied: cash, Uzcard/Humo, Click/Payme.

Common questions about the process
How fast can you come?
Usually same-day if the request lands before 2 PM. Weekday mornings and evenings typically have open slots. Weekend bookings fill up — reserve 2-3 days ahead.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. The team brings its own tools: professional vacuums, steam generators, microfiber cloths, safe chemistry. You just let us in.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not required. Many clients hand keys to the foreman or leave them with a concierge. All cleaners pass a security check and your property is insured.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell the team at acceptance — anything flagged is fixed on the spot, free. Notice something later? Call within 24 hours and we come back. Past 24 hours we still try to make it right case by case.
How do I set up recurring cleaning?
After the first booking we propose a schedule (weekly / biweekly / monthly) and sign a simple agreement. Recurring clients get a 10-15% discount and the same team. Any visit can be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours ahead with no penalty.
