A family approach to clean — since 2019
Oila means "family" in Uzbek. It's the word that shapes how we work — with clients and inside the team.
Our story
Oila Cleaning started in 2019 with two people and one van. The founders are a couple who'd spent five years running the cleaning operation at a large Tashkent business-center chain. Their bet: build a service that treats every apartment as if it were the team's own home.
In six years we've grown to 25 cleaners and three vehicles. We opened to private clients in 2020, added commercial cleaning in 2022, and started working with developers and restaurant chains in 2024. Today we serve all of Tashkent and the nearby suburbs — from Kibray to Zangiata.
We don't grow for growth's sake. We take on only as many sites as we can serve at the quality our clients expect. The 4.9 rating isn't luck — it's a deliberate policy.

Our values
Honest pricing
You pay what we quoted. No 'turned out to be more work' surcharges, no hidden fees, no surprises on the receipt.
Safe chemistry
Only hypoallergenic eco-products, no chlorine or harsh fragrances. Safe for kids, allergy sufferers, cats, dogs, and parrots.
Respect for the home
The team arrives in clean shoes or covers, treats your belongings with care, doesn't use your towels, and doesn't open what's closed.
Stable team
We don't hire 'for the season.' Every cleaner is on staff with training and social benefits — which is why the same people work with you for years.
Team
Oila Cleaning is built by people for whom cleaning is a profession, not a side gig. Foremen average 4 years of tenure with us. Every candidate goes through a three-stage hiring process: interview, training on our checklists, security check. After hiring — a probation period with a mentor and twice-yearly refresher training on new products and techniques.
