Regular cleaning solves 80% of the job, but 20% of places stay untouched for weeks: tile grout, inside the oven and microwave, the tops of kitchen cabinets, ceiling cornices, and baseboards. Greasy dust builds up there and won't go away on its own. Deep cleaning every 3-6 months returns your home to its original freshness.
A team of 3-4 works 4-6 hours depending on size. We bring steam generators for bathroom and kitchen disinfection, vacuums with wash function for floors and upholstery, and specialty products for limescale, rust, and grease. Windows are always cleaned both sides.
Common triggers: after New Year and Navruz, before parents visit, after a renovation in one room, before renting out or selling, at season changes (spring after winter dust, autumn after summer heat and AC use). Many add a deep clean for big events: new baby, move-in, return after a long absence.

Scoping
Deep cleaning price depends on area and condition. The manager confirms: when deep cleaning was last done, any problem zones, window count.

We prepare steam generators, descaling and mildew products, telescopic brushes for hard-to-reach areas. A team of 3-4.

Zone-by-zone work
We split the place into zones: kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room. Each gets a 30-40 point checklist. Stubborn spots get spot treatment.

How is deep cleaning different from regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers open surfaces: floors, counters, bathroom, visible furniture. Deep adds windows both sides, tile descaling, inside the oven and fridge, tops of cabinets, baseboards, radiators. Takes 1.5-2x longer.
How much does deep cleaning a two-bedroom cost?
Deep cleaning of a 55-65 m² two-bedroom — 700,000 UZS. Price already includes all windows, baseboards, tile descaling, and oven. Sofa dry cleaning — plus 350,000 UZS.
How long does deep cleaning take?
1-bed apartment — 3.5-4 hours with a team of 2. 2-3 bed — 4.5-5 hours with a team of 3. 200 m² house — 6-8 hours with a team of 4. The team arrives at the agreed time and doesn't take breaks.
How often is deep cleaning needed?
Every 3-6 months alongside regular cleaning is ideal. With small kids, pets, or indoor smoking — every 3 months. If you live tidy and work in an office — every 6 months works.
What about cabinets — do I need to empty them?
By default we clean cabinets inside only when empty. If you want us to remove, wipe, and put items back — discuss in advance, it takes extra time and is billed separately.
