Scoping
By phone or chat we confirm window count, type (standard, double, panoramic), floor, and exterior access. We name the price right there.

Prep
The team arrives with their own equipment: squeegees, warm-water bucket, concentrate, microfiber, telescopic poles, sill protection film.

Two-sided cleaning
First we squeegee the dirt top to bottom, then microfiber removes streaks. Outside we work with a pole or ladder. In parallel we clean frames and sills.

Acceptance

A two-bedroom typically has 5-7 windows. All standard single-sash — 150,000-210,000 UZS. Add a balcony block (2-3 sashes) — plus 50,000.
When is the best time to clean windows?
In Tashkent — three times a year is ideal: March before dust season, June after bloom and fluff, October before the cold. By a road or construction site — add a summer round.
Is high-floor window cleaning safe?
From the apartment side — yes, we use step ladders. Outside on floors 1-2 — ladder; 3-4 — telescopic pole; above 4 without exterior sill access — only industrial climbing with certified specialists and insurance.
What products do you use?
Demineralized (soft) water with a neutral professional concentrate, ammonia-free. Ammonia damages tinted and energy-saving glass. All products are hypoallergenic.
What if it rains on cleaning day?
If rain starts during or right after — we come back free within 48 hours. Especially common in spring.
