A 200-400 m² multi-level house takes many times longer than an apartment. One cleaner can't finish in a day — they'd need to come back, and dust resettles in the meantime. We solve it with a team of 3-5: each owns a zone, and a foreman runs the checklist and quality checks. A 250 m² house is done in 6-8 hours.
We work across Tashkent and the suburbs: Kibray, Zangiata, Tashkent district, Bakht and Lunacharskoye villages, dacha settlements. No surcharge for distance — travel is free. Getting to places where public transport doesn't reach is routine for us.
Cottages often have specifics: a fireplace, pool, sauna, wine cellar, walk-in closet, marble stairs. We pick a product and tool for each surface — polyurethane foam for wood, pH-neutral products for marble, special chemistry for jacuzzis. If there are nuances, we discuss them in advance with photos or a free on-site visit.

Regular cleaning of a 250 m² house with a 4-person team starts at 1,400,000 UZS. With all windows and yard cleaning — about 1,900,000 UZS. The exact price depends on the number of bathrooms, walk-in closets, and finish complexity.
Can I sign a contract for regular house cleaning?
Yes. For regular clients — a contract with a fixed schedule (weekly / biweekly / monthly) and up to 15% off. A dedicated team led by a foreman who knows your house and preferences.
Do you travel to the Tashkent suburbs?
Yes. We work in Kibray, Zangiata, Tashkent district, dacha settlements. Travel within the Tashkent region is free for properties over 150 m². For smaller ones, discussed individually.
What don't you do in the house?
We don't clean pools and filters (a different specialty), don't tend gardens or lawns, don't clean the firebox or chimney, don't wash curtains and drapery. Two-sided window cleaning, especially panoramic — added separately on request.
Are you liable for damages?
Yes. Property on-site is insured for 50 million UZS. Every cleaner has cleared a security check. In 6 years we've had no major damages — just isolated minor dish chips, all reimbursed.
