Construction dust is the main problem after a renovation. It settles in a dense layer almost everywhere: walls, ceilings, ducts, every shelf, inside cabinets, in chandelier shades. Regular cleaning just spreads it — you need industrial HEPA-filter vacuums, steam generators, and specialty chemistry for cement film and filler.
We handle two scenarios. First — finish cleaning after a full turn-key renovation: cleaning up after builders and getting the apartment ready to move in. Second — staged: after dusty work (plaster, filler), then after finishing (wallpaper, tile). For developers we do pre-key cleaning before handover.

When is the best time to book post-renovation cleaning?
Right after the builders have removed tools and the bulk of debris. The longer dust sits, the deeper it embeds in tile grout, fabric upholstery, parquet — and the harder it is to remove. Ideal: the day the renovation ends or the next day.
How much does post-renovation cleaning of a 70 m² apartment cost?
After cosmetic renovation (wallpaper, paint) — about 700,000 UZS. After full renovation (complete refinishing) — about 1,050,000 UZS. Add 500,000 UZS per trip if you need debris removal by truck.
Do you remove cement film and dried paint?
Yes. We use specialty acid products for cement film (with tile and plumbing protection), solvents for dried paint and filler. If marks remain on glass or plumbing, we remove them.
How long does post-renovation cleaning take?
