Is the treatment safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use certified products approved for residential use. After treatment and airing (usually 1-2 hours) the space is safe for children, allergy sufferers, and pets. We ask people and pets to leave during treatment.
How is disinfection different from regular cleaning?
Cleaning removes dirt and dust but doesn't kill microbes. Disinfection deliberately kills bacteria, viruses, and fungal spores on surfaces and in the air. For the best result they're often booked together: cleaning first, then treatment.
How soon can I return to the room?
Depends on the method. After wiping surfaces — almost immediately. After spraying or cold fog — after 1-2 hours of airing. We state the exact time on-site based on the product used.
